Our online courses feature modules that have individual video lessons for each topic. The videos are intentionally designed to be shorter in length so that learners do not feel overwhelmed by the content. Every course is self-paced, so each learner can take in the information as much or as little as they would like on their own schedule.

All courses include:

Yes, you can jump around the course content and skip to lessons that cover a specific topic of interest for you! Any related lessons will be linked to in the Resources section as well.

Once your course is 100% complete, you will get a certification of completion that you can download within your Playbook Dashboard. To make sure your course completion status is at 100%, mark each lesson as complete.

 

Our Analytics for Agencies course includes office hours.

Each license is intended for a single learner.

Sharing your sign in credentials is against our Terms of Service and may result in your course access being revoked.

If you are part of a team, there is an option to purchase multiple licences as a team, where you can have a team leader and oversee team performance. Find out more on our team page.

No, for our first two courses, Analytics for Agencies and Practical GA4, we are not including quizzes, but future courses may include them.

No. You only pay for a course you have registered for. There is no additional fee to be part of the community and no hidden administrative fees.

Community

Our community will use Circle! All registered students automatically get access to the platform.

You don’t have to participate in the community if you don’t want to. However, the community forum is the only place you can ask your instructor questions in the Practical GA4 Course.

For the Analytics for Agency course all live office hour replays are posted in the community, so if you want access to the content, you will need to go login to watch.

 

No, participation isn’t required to complete the course, but we strongly encourage you to participate in the community and office hours to get the most out of the course and to enrich your learning experience.

You sure can! You can get in touch with Kick Point
Playbook team members privately and your course instructor. If you would like to send a message to another community member, it is common courtesy and practice to first ask for their consent in a public channel or thread. This is not a place for pitches and cold outreach though, we are not about that.

When you sign up for the course we email you a copy of your receipt with confirmation of registration to your Kick Point Playbook course. You can also access your course history and download PDF receipts when logged in:

Workshops

Setting up a GA4 Workshop starts with you filling out our contact form and giving us more details on your needs.

Then from there we work with you to determine a training schedule that works best for your team and learning requirements (Full Day, Half Day, Custom). Then together we book dates!
