If you know your password and need to update it, sign in to your account and click “My Playbook” on the top right-hand corner. Then select “Account details” on the left sidebar to access the page to update your password.

Sign in to your KP Playbook Account and click on “My Playbook” on the top right hand corner of the page. Then, navigate to “Account details” from the left sidebar to update your profile.

If you recently changed your KP Playbook account email and did not email our team to let us know, we will need to grant you access to the Google Drive for your course so that you can view the templates and resources. Please email our team at playbook@kickpoint.ca

If you did notify us of the email change and still cannot access the Google Drive, you need to ensure that they new email address you provided us with is associated with a Google Account.

  • You need a Google Account to access Google Drive
  • You don’t have to have a Gmail address to create an account, you can use a non-Gmail email address.

To create a Google Account:

  1. Go to the Google Account Sign In page.
  2. Click Create account.
    • From the drop down, select For my personal use.
  3. Enter your basic info.
  4. Click Use your email address.
  5. Enter your current email address.
  6. Click Next.
  7. Verify your email address with the code sent to your existing email.
  8. Click Verify.

Accessing Courses

Sign in to your account using the same username and password (or social account) used for purchase. Then, navigate to “Courses” in the primary navigation to access your course.

Sharing your sign in credentials is against our Terms of Service and may result in your course access being revoked.

All the templates, examples, and other resources we share in the course are available here on Google Drive. Access is granted to the email you used when you purchased the course — if you’re having trouble accessing that folder, please email us.

Community

The community is available to learners actively enrolled in a KP Playbook course.

Accessing the community by visiting https://community.kpplaybook.com/ and sign in with the same account that you use to access course content on kpplaybook.com.
